Customer satisfaction is key to processing all returns and exchanges. Our policy is malleable according to case by case basis but we want to stick to the following guidelines in our policy. 

Policy

• Time : 2 weeks (will entertain reasonable inquiries beyond this time period as well) 
• Condition : Product cannot be torn (unless durability concern), handtag has to be intact and fabric should not be stained 
• Shipping cost : On
• If return : Customer has to ship back product and is able to receive store credit or money back under these terms 
• If exchange: Customer has to ship back product and also bear any shipping costs associated with exchange 
• Exclusion: If an undergarment like bra, vest or underwear has been worn. It cannot be returned 

Process

3. Inquiry is investigated in case of return (mostly product defect) or exchange (mostly sizing issue) 
4. Customers are asked to ship products to address Address: 126/2 32nd street Khayaban e Muhafiz Phase 6 with their name and phone number written on a piece of paper within the polybag. 
5. Upon successful receiving the product & inspection of the article : next agreed step is taken 
6. In case of exchange: Give customers store credit so they can submit a new order via the website 
7. In case of return: Give customer store credit OR money back
